The hotel offers a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms are lovely, but entertainment may not meet expectations; however, the service is outstanding with dedicated staff always willing to help. The location is great with access to the beach, but ongoing construction noise can be bothersome. The dining options are varied and of decent quality, and the facilities are well-kept.
The hotel had clean and spacious rooms that felt like an aquarium but were unfortunately quite loud both day and night. The service was fantastic from the moment we checked in until we left, with excellent room service, car hire assistance, and attentive housekeeping. The location was brilliant for accessing both Playa de las Americas and the Costa Adeje/La Caleta area, and the hotel offered great facilities including a cozy bar area. The dining experience was outstanding with a wide array of food choices. However, there were minor inconveniences like the reliance on pool bar service for drinks and art activities interrupting the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, a great stay with some noise disturbances and occasional service hiccups.
